Activity Report: Just Move It~American Indian Center of Chicago

Group had warm up round dance incorporating aerobic movements (Arm circles, leg raises, etc.) There was 4 stations set up; cardio, weights, chair exercises and low intensity, and a stair climbing station. Group would rotate stations for 30 minutes and then do another round dance incorporating cool-down movements and then a share a stretch; each participant shares a stretch that everyone does.
Best Features:
The age range! We had participants as young as 3, we had a handful fo teens, young adults and elders! Yay!
Future Plans:
Once a month at least!
