Activity Report: New Year New You 12 Week Challenge(1st Year 2009)

Completed 3/31/09 with 17 participants
We had a great success considering we kept at least half of the participants involved for the 12 weeks!
We started with 33 participants and ended with 17, so not too bad for our first year!
And the best part is as a group they lost a total of ....104 inches!!
We also had their cholesterol taken & 6 out of 8 that chose to do this test saw their cholesterol drop!
We also had 5 others come back from their Doctor visits happy because their Doctors had seen a noticeable decrease in their blood pressure!
A great success to start off our year at Morongo Fitness Center!
Best Features:
Seeing everyone coming to exercise on a weekly basis! Making their exercise a habit & starting the new year off right!!
Creative Features:
Incorporating a logging system that participants could track heir weekly exercises.
Challenges:
Keeping track of their "3 days a week" when they would come in to exercise after hours.
Future Plans:
We just started a new program for March!
