Activity Report: New Year Event

On Saturday, January 14th, The Just Move It Oneida-New Year Event took place at Oneida Family Fitness. Ninety-two Oneida community members came out to participate in the many fun activites offered. Oneida Adventures provided snow shoeing. Oneida Family Fitness offered children's programming and a Lively Lo-Impact Aerobic Class. The indoor walking track above the gym was available to those who wanted to walk. Community Health Nurses provided free health screening. It was a great day for all ages to get-together indoors and/or outdoors for a fun filled morning!
