Walking the nature trail that used to serve as the railroad track for the Westside Lumber Co. in 1899.

Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians, staff of the Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Health Center and community at large.

Program Purpose:
Bring the community together to share a beautiful walk in nature and have a healthy meal.

Program Key Features:
Participants to enjoy a walk on a mountain trail, and learn about the importance of incorporating a healthy lifestyle into their daily routine.

Most Excited About:
Teaching the participants about aspects for a healthy lifestyle, i.e. planning meals, regular activity that's fun, managing stress,and getting regular follow up with their medical provider.
