A twelve week program, divided into three segments. Impelmenting 30 min of physical movement four times a week. NVCI pedometers were given to all participants. Goals were to record steps on daily basis and then add on steps gradually by parking further from shoppin venues, workplace. Mid-assessment pink water bottles were given to particpants implementing the importance of drinking water. The color pink signifies cancer awareness.

Program Purpose:
The purpose of this program is to provide information in support of pariticpants to attain a Healthier Lifestyle.

Program Key Features:
Dena has created a 12 week program, broken into three segments. In the segments there will be a pre-assessment, mid-assessment and post-assessmentto include: creative physical activity, nutrition information and cancer education.
