Program Purpose:
The purpose of the program is to reduce obesity and get everyone moving and exercising. It has been said that exercising is a habit, habits take time, be consistent.

Program Key Features:
Walking takes place wherever you are. I encourage families to participate as one. I have people pushing wheelchairs, and mothers & fathers pushing strollers.

Most Excited About:
I currently have a crew renovating a building to create a diabetes center. The crew is wearing pedometers to chart their movement. One thing I have noticed is that the pedometer creates a competition with the individuals themselves. They want to reach their goal steps.
