The program does various physical activities such as community walks, group exercise, & PAK activities 8 communities on the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation throughout the year to educate & promote diabetes prevention & care.

Program Purpose:
The program does various physical & nutrition activities in 8 communities on the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation throughout the year to educate & promote diabetes prevention & care.

Program Key Features:
To educate on overall healthy lifestyle choices to prevent or care for diabetes and other preventable diseases such as high blood pressure.

Most Excited About:
The program focuses on fitness, nutrition, and outreach activities, screenings, & home visits.
