What

General Exercise

Our Water Wellness Nutrition Classes started a couple years ago. We do both a nutrition class and an exercise class combo. We usually start out with taste testing of various healthy snacks and foods or a lecture and discussion on various health and nutrition topics such as Eating More Fiber, Low-Fat Eating, Including More Fruits and Veggies in Your Meals etc. After the nutrition segment of the class we jump in the pool and do various types of exercises.
