General Exercise
Our Water Wellness Nutrition Classes started a couple years ago. We do both a nutrition class and an exercise class combo. We usually start out with taste testing of various healthy snacks and foods or a lecture and discussion on various health and nutrition topics such as Eating More Fiber, Low-Fat Eating, Including More Fruits and Veggies in Your Meals etc. After the nutrition segment of the class we jump in the pool and do various types of exercises.Tribes Involved:

Program Purpose:
Our purpose is to provide a fun and interactive way to introduce both healthy eating and exercise to those who enjoy water sports.

Most Excited About:
This program is welcoming to most ages and exercise abilities. Plus, our class takes place at an outdoor hotsprings pool, which allows classes to take place in the middle of winter.
