March Just Move It

It's now a regular event!
After positive response to the first three Just Move It events, the Mr. Donald Lee, Director of the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service, requested that Just Move It become a regular agenda item at the Aberdeen Area Office General Staff Meetings. When the business session of the meeting was complete, attendees paired up for some (generally) friendly competition--a game of Jeopardy which featured categories including exercise, the heart, diet and nutrition, and the Indian Health Service. The Chickens won, and the Ducks didn't fare so well.
The grand finale was a balloon relay race, which required that participants carry a balloon across the room (no hands or arms were allowed). Although we didn't cover lots of miles, we sure exercised our lungs with cheers and laughs!
