Reservation wide walk and run from May to August. Walk/run around the fitness centers walk/run paths and report your distance to the fitness trainer on site. Miles will be totaled and posted at each fitness center until we get across the United States. This is also a diabetes control/prevention activity the whole family can do. All you need to do is sign up at your nearest fitness center and start walking. There will be a fitness trainer on site from 6:pm to 8:pm to assist you with whatever you may need.
