The On the Move Walking Program is a combo of counting steps, eating 5-9 a day and walking contests.

Participants walk when and were they want and track their steps along the way.

Program Purpose:
This a community program that goes for 12 weeks where each invidual tracks his or her steps and fruit and vegetable consumtion and turns that in for prizes.
