Walking Beads for Wellness

We will be keeping track of our progess using walking beads.  As a member of the SNAHC on the Move program,  you will be given a little jar of beads.  For each 15 minutes of physical activity you complete, you may place the correct number of beads in the community bead jar.  We will work together to fill up the jar.  In December we will make a craft from the beads.  

15 minutes of physical activity = 1 vitural mile = 1 wellness bead
